Three Bernese Mountain dogs, flying with their family in the cabin.
Totally chilling.
And living rent free in their heads not knowing:
🔸The 6 months of research, emails and phone calls.
🔸The extra paperwork, health certificates and vet visits.
🔸The fact that their tickets cost more than your first car.
🔸The arguments about what is “small enough” for travelling like this.
🔸The pet friendly hotel cancellations because they aren’t chihuahuas.
🔸The spreadsheets comparing routes, pet policies and transit countries.
🔸 The anxiety of wondering if an airline employee will interpret the rules differently on departure day.
🔸The thousands of pet parents who simply decide not to travel because the process is too difficult, unclear and untransparent.
Meanwhile, these three are just wondering:
“Are we getting snacks soon?”
The gap between what pets experience and what pet parents endure is still enormous. That’s why pet inclusive travel demand is growing.
There is a huge customer experience problem waiting to be solved🧡
