K9 JETS just did a brand refresh, and it tells us pet air travel is very much thriving.
In 2023, K9 Jets launched with a disruptive idea:
Be the first alternative to cargo pet travel.
Since their launch, they have flown over 7000 pets and their families across the Atlantic Ocean, Europe, and the Middle East, supporting relocations, reunions, and holidays around the world.
Now, after 3 years in the market, their rebrand clearly signals:
Travel as a shared experience, not logistics.
And their rebrand is not just random,
It’s about premium positioning that is reinforced with 2 major wins:
– Official supporter of Crufts’26-28 (the biggest pet trade in the UK)
– Collab teased with Julius K9 (pet retail brand)
There is no question, they are leading “Pet-First” as the newest category in aviation.
The refresh was paired with several route updates:
→ LA – Europe flights now route via New Jersey hub
→ London – LA increased to 3x/month
Newest summer 2026 routes:
→ Vancouver – London
→ Toronto – Paris
→ London Stansted – Málaga and Nice
→ Melbourne target launch early 2027
However, here is the gap I still see. This model is still premium. It is very limited and inaccessible to most pet parents, which raises a bigger question.
Who will bring this experience to a broader audience? 🧡
Do you like the new logo?
I love the addition of the plane, and the way the “9” subtly stands out from the rest, it really catches the eye.
