I didn’t take seriously LinkedIn until 2024

At the time of this photo (Travel News 2018 in Sweden, the largest B2B travel event in the Nordics), I had already built a nice network in the travel industry. But I mostly saw LinkedIn as a job search platform.

My LinkedIn journey looked like this:
• 2021: barely used it
• 2022: posted occasionally
• 2024: started using it intentionally

Many people still use LinkedIn as if they were stuck in year 20XX
I was one of them.

But those who understand its potential use it to build a personal brand, create opportunities, and attract clients.

And you know the truth? We all (already) have a personal brand.
The real question is whether we are intentional about it.

Your brand is what you want to be known for.

Your reputation is how others actually perceive you.
That’s why shaping your personal brand intentionally helps others see the value you bring.

And the best part?

You don’t need thousands or millions of followers.
A strong personal brand opens doors without you having to knock 🧡
