For the entire 2024 I created a first-ever marketing strategy for Yoga Ecuánime, a yoga studio in central Barcelona.
I created this road map to work on each step of the way and improve the monthly revenue with a special focus on selling online (creating the online store) and improving the events.
Since one of the key factors seems to be the industry-changing, I concentrated all efforts on creating a strong top-of-funnel strategy.
Having this in mind, I included 2 new sections in the website as the main sales drivers:
✅ Events & Retreats (Experience over classes) + clickable with description + CTA button
✅ Challenges (to catch client retention or a newcomer to a new hobby) + CTA button
As well as the online store to make it even easier to close the sale.
