Yoga Ecuánime

Yoga Ecuanime is the brand and shala of a yoga studio in central Barcelona.

They offer multiple dynamics ranging from dynamic yoga styles like Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Jivamukti to static yoga styles like Yin Yoga, Prenatal and Kundalini. Besides the in-shala services, they offer monthly workshops as well as unique events and retreats within Spain.

For those clients abroad or living far from the shala, they also offer the classes online as well as renting the shala during the weekends. 

All that with indulging care to each and every client.

SCENARIO:

Help to grow their business especially since it seems the end of the boom era of yoga but also, a rise of an increasing number of nearby competitor studios and freelancer teachers in Barcelona. 

HELP PROVIDED: Revamping business growth with marketing (Spanish)

• Marketing Plan & Strategy – For a full year I created a marketing plan and a strategy to help drive more demand and improve the monthly revenue of the shala and the personal brand of the director. 
• Performance content – Improving web & mobile UX, a roll-up for events and other materials for social media channels.

• E-commerce Shop – Set up of shop and a strategy to drive more sales online.
• Social Media Marketing – A plan and a strategy for social media channels for a full year calendar. Main channels: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Tiktok. 

Achievements:

1,8% ROI and 80,3% ROAS after the first campaign (April’24)
